Chartered in 1978, the Texas Association of Private and Parochial Schools (TAPPS) serves to organize, stimulate, encourage and promote the academic, athletic and fine arts programs. TAPPS envisions itself as an organization whose members maintain their distinct world views, practices and traditions while respecting those of others, in order to promote wholesome competition for young men and women.
