Pendleton County High School, home of the Wildcats, is a public school located in Franklin, WV. Pendleton County High School is part of the Pendleton County School District and has approximately 413 students and 19 varsity sports. They believe that strong instructional leadership & highly qualified personnel are required to build the systems & develop the culture to achieve progress and that schools & school systems are responsible for creating the conditions necessary for all students to demonstrate growth.
